| How to apply | Please fill out all necessary fields in the Exhibition Application Form including the number of exhibition spaces you wish to reserve (indicating with or without booth), and send the application by mail to the organizer (Nagoya International Trade Fair Commission) together with brochures and other promotional materials describing your company and products to be exhibited. Keep a copy of the Form for your own records. | ||||||||||||||||
| Notes on filling out the Form | Under "Name of Representative," write the name of the person authorized to manage all aspects of your exhibition.
Under "Contact Information," enter the address and other necessary information of the contact person, who will communicate with the organizer. All information and documents regarding the Fair will be sent to the contact person. Be sure to notify the organizer of any change in contact person information. If you do not require a booth (exhibition space only) for your exhibition, apply for four spaces or more. If you apply for four booths or more, you may choose a booth arrangement in either a single row or double rows. Please note that no other requests for booth arrangement can be accepted. Under "Your Exhibits," describe your main exhibits and exhibition category. The location of your booth(s) will be determined based on this information. If you plan to exhibit a vehicle, bring any dangerous objects into your booth(s), or use an open flame or plumbing equipment, read through the "Exhibition Guidelines" and indicate such information on the Form. | ||||||||||||||||
